Build Stronger Connections This Summer

The Strengthening Families Program for Teens is a free, in-person series designed to help teens and caregivers strengthen their bond through open communication, fun activities, and culturally grounded tools.

Whether you’re working through challenges or simply want to grow closer, this summer edition offers a supportive space to reconnect and grow—together.

What to Expect:

  • Interactive sessions focused on communication, trust, and teamwork
  • Fun, hands-on activities for teens and caregivers
  • Culturally relevant lessons that reflect diverse family experiences
  • Light snacks at every session
  • A special graduation ceremony to celebrate your family’s progress

Who Can Join:

  • Must be between the ages of 12–17
  • Accompanied by a parent, guardian, or supportive adult
  • Open to all family structures
