SFP Focus Group Registration

We are inviting you to take part in a one-hour focus group on March 18th, 5-6pm for past or present participants of our Strengthening Families Program. These conversations will help us better understand community needs, challenges, and priorities related to mental health and wellbeing. Your voice and experiences will help shape future programs and supports.

All information you share will be confidential. 

Participants will receive a $25 gift card as a thank-you for their time. 

This mental health needs assessment project is funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
